Remove unused options #42

There are a number of unused options for each step. These are:

overlay: overlay is now always shown, so this is no longer required
accesible: the accessible functionality has been removed with the update to the way elements are now highlighted. This feature will be re-implemented at a later date, but for now, the option should be removed.
