  1. manual: No longer use dissolvable sections 

    These sections existed because I am not fully happy with how
`org-cycle' works, which I should deal with by patching that
function or writing a substitute (so that it doesn't affect
anybody else).

  11. manual: Copy text from Introduction to info entry page 

    The text probably shouldn't be exactly the same in those two places,
but duplicating it is certainly better than saying just "use-package
is..." followed by nothing.
