The description of Extropian:

EXTROPIAN
You are philosophically prepared to deal with the loss
of your humanity. (may have one implant per 3 points
Cybertech with no chance of disfunction)
PreRequisite: Cybertech 5

This suggests that if I have Cybertech + 6, I should safely have 2 implants with no negative effects at all.

However, the check below will fail.

if ( N * 3 ) < D then begin

This is because D = 6 and N = 2, and (2 * 3) < 6 is false (because 6 is NOT less than 6).

Either the Extropian description should be changed to "Every three points of Cybertech beyond the first (i.e. Cybertech + 7 to accept 2 implants)", which is unwieldy, or the arenacfe.pp code is wrong and should use <=.

I discovered this when I had a character take Extropian as first talent and got Predator Reflexes and Optical Spine as soon as I could learn Cybertech + 6 from Hyolee. Didn't care about the trauma since I thought it was Extropian, but to my surprise my character developed a cyberdisfunction, and went around digging through the code.
