Adapted to run with gradle for cmd line build + execution.

Run Instructions:

Option 1: Command line:

1. Checkout the code and navigate to base directory to run

$ ./gradlew run --console=plain
> Task: Run
Awaiting your input. eg "1110011". Type "q" to exit

Option 2: Load into an IDE as a gradle project and run the Main class

Testing:

./gradlew test

or test with an IDE
