The implementation for Hierarchical Topology Isomorphism Expertise Embedded Graph Contrastive Learning at AAAI 2024.

Dependencies

• Python 3 (tested on 3.7.12)

• PyTorch (tested on 1.11.0+cu113)

• CUDA (tested on 11.4)

• torch-geometric (tested on 2.2.0)

For install Dependencies, run

pip install -r requirements.txt

Experiments

• Unsupervised representation learning in "unsupervised_TU"

• Transfer learning in "transfer_learning"
