Starting an issue so we can develop ideas around an improved "getting started" page

(currently at http://publiclaboratory.org/getting-started)

• videos on how to post?
  • since these could be boring, they could be kind of cartoony, and could focus on narrative, like "Jake takes time some nights to work on balloon rigs. He takes photos and posts them as research notes. From time to time, he edits and improves the Balloon Mapping page, sometimes emailing the mailing list for feedback."
