koa-pino-logger

This is a minor fork of koa-pino-logger (https://github.com/pinojs/koa-pino-logger).

Published to npm out of necessity because merge is still pending in the original repo (seems unmaintained).

For info, how it is used, benchmarks, etc, see the original repo.

This repo is snapshot at 2.1.3, and it is what would become by accepting pinojs#26.

Therefore is v2.1.4.
