使用到下列兩個 Microsoft Cognitive Services 的 API:
- Computer Vision Analyze API
- Computer Vision Describe API
本程式係來自 Microsoft Azure Technical Community Content 的 Hands-on Lab，可參考該文章一步一步實作，但該文章沒有 Describe API，因此若想使用 Describe API，請自行參照 Microsoft Cognitive Services 的 Computer Vision API 的說明編寫程式。
