Frosty Cobalt Theme for Hyper

Installation

Open ~/.hyper_plugins/ folder and setup the theme folder.
Add the folder name to localPlugins array. Kinda like this:

localPlugins: [
  "hyperterm-frosty-cobalt-theme"
]
```
