Several enhancements to test.pl:
b284a41 
    - It used "Test::More", but didn't load Test::More
    - It had a bug where it called "data => $data" instead of just $data
    - It seemed to need be restructured in order to run
    - Allowed other DB names to be used through environment variables
    - Added significiant documentation to POD and internal docs.
