Volunteer needed: contribute a WeChat account for our bot HA system

Related to #89

Currently, our OSSChat system has two bot accounts: one is provided by @lijiarui from Juzi.BOT, the other is provided by @zhuangbiaowei from Kaiyuanshe.ORG.

These two bots work fine with our system, however, we believe three bots will be better which can guarantee us to get the maximum stability for OSSChat service.

And the reason that we want our third bot is coming from the community is that owned by different owners is part of our distribution strategy.

The bot WeChat account must meet ALL of the following requirements:

1. The account should be enabled WeChat Pay (required when joining the large group with more than 100 users)
2. The account should be online 7x24
3. The account should be able to re-login by scanning the QR Code from https://oss.chat within 48 hours when it gets off-line.
4. The account should only be used by the bot. All operations are forbidden excepts those which was permitted formally by email.

I'm trying to enhancing the HAWechat and to make the multi-bot configuration of the OSS.Chat to be available soon.

I will let you know when you can scan the QR Code for our bot. Before that, you can change the bot avatar and name to the same as our current osschat bot.
