Rework repository index page

See attached diagram.

This may work into more navigation for pages other than the repository index 
page, but for now we can deal with some more density here.

Quick mockup for the new ui.

* Mark the selected branch with font-weight: bold;
* Summary is where we are, should be ghosted or at least indicate that it's 
selected
* Log, could be named shortlog since that's what it is - full log would be nice 
in the future

Anyway, now we actually have a mockup =)
