sh syntax highlight breaks on "'\$#'": everything after becomes shDoubleQuote #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?

a=b
echo "'\$#'"
c=d

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Everything after the # is highlighted as shDoubleQuote

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Just compiled 7-4.728 from source on Ubuntu 14.04
