Manually deploy a complete cluster to instances on a private vmware ESXi, verify the deployment documentation (or adapt to fit this cloud platform) and run all Kaltura tests to verify the deployed Kaltura cluster stability.

Done. Cluster deployment doc revised, with considerable donations from David Bezemer.
