developing a Dropdown menu with Bulma as described in this doc: https://bulma.io/documentation/components/dropdown/

First problem The Dropdown menu needs javascript, see this article on stackoverflow https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46785393/bulma-dropdown-not-working and this issue on bulma issue tracker: jgthms/bulma#1870

A very important question is to make compatible with the mobile menu.

A basic Dropdown menu is created: in a future will be interesting to develop a multi dropdown menu, with nested subtrees.
