Channel deletion not enacted on other clients

While some support is present for channel deletion enacted by other clients, it fails to operate correctly at the moment due to the flags the deleteChannelByTabIndex function is called with (a true flag is passed which indicates that the channel has already been deleted; I can only surmise that this previously was a flag passed to indicate if confirmation had already been agreed to).
