1st console error message:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://pubsub.googleapis.com/v1/projects/mailfoogae/topics/events:publish?key=AIzaSyAwlvUR2x3OnCeas8hW8NDzVMswL5hZGg8. Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header has a value 'https://mail.google.com' that is not equal to the supplied origin. Origin 'chrome-extension://jjmdplljmniahpamcmabdnahmjdlikpm' is therefore not allowed
