Change DPI

Ive moved to GitHub, as my gogs install keeps messing up.

Few changes in this version as per some suggestions I have seen.

Added a blank item at the top of the main menu, so you dont accidently select an options
Added the option to change the DPI of the watch, it will also show you the Default, and you Current value.
Greek has been added as a language
German has been removed, as i notice it wasn't translated, if someone wants to do it, let me know please.
Would also like Turkish is someone can do for me?

Also added a few new apps to the Compatible apps repo.
