Student admission process in C using struct

Functionalities implemented:

• Store student info like: Name, program applied, registration number, entrance test rank, UG grade, admission status (alloted, rejected, waiting).
• Provision to store program info like name, seats, filled seats.
• Provision to initialize number of seats in each program.
• Provision to allot seats (it is assumed that application are provided in the order). UG grade cut-off of 5.0 .
• Provision to count number of totoal application submitted.
• Provision to see seats filled in each program.
• Provision to see seats filled for each program.
• Provision to allot seats to waiting list students.
