Various enhancements to the fileinput plugin for multiple file upload:

Incorporate timeouts between file uploads to improve browser caching performance and allow files to be better uploaded for preview
Enhance file display progress message to display status/count of current file being loaded.
Enhance msgLoading and msgProgress message templates to display status/count of current file being loaded.
