The following changes were made
RTL css should be used instead of default css

Please submit only the RTL style changes within the separate CSS file (fileinput-rtl.css) and not a copy of the entire fileinput.css. The file fileinput-rtl.css can be loaded after fileinput.css when rtl styling is needed.

Some more updates included with this commit.

New property rtl is now available. Set it to true for RTL orientations and also load fileinput-rtl.css after fileinput.css.
