The section in setup.sh for BDB plugin (https://github.com/kartoza/docker-geogig/blob/master/setup.sh#L22-L26) should probably be removed as the BDB plugin is no longer maintained for GeoGig. It has been replaced by RocksDB (https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb). RocksDB is included in the standard GeoGig bundle, so there is no extra ZIP file to download and install.
