We had a request that we can treat certification with a discrete page so we get e.g.:

http://certification.qgis.org -> goes to the certification page
http://changelog.qgis.org -> goes to the project page

The certification landing page should also have an edit button that allows each project to put their own custom markdown content describing the certification programme.
