Setup a hosted continuous integration solution for Windows machines. AppVeyor sounds promising but other solutions are available and welcome as long as open source projects are tested at no charge.

Fork the project then setup the continuous integration solution of your choice. Open a pull request and include the build history link in the comment section to show successful deployment and passing build.
