DirectVolume/Rawblock doesn't work well when device's block driver is virtio-blk-pci and the storage handler is DRIVER_BLK_PCI_TYPE. Fixes: kata-containers#8707 Signed-off-by: alex.lyn <alex.lyn@antgroup.com>
