  1. genpolicy: ignore the nodeName field 

    Validating the node name is currently outside the scope of the CoCo
policy.

This change unblocks testing using Kata CI's test-pod-file-volume.yaml
and pv-pod.yaml.

Fixes: kata-containers#8888
