Getting this error when building an image on ARM:

[ ERROR   ]: 18:02:17 | KiwiInstallPhaseFailed: System package installation failed: Repository 'Leap:15.0' is invalid.
[Leap:15.0|https://download.opensuse.org/ports//distribution/leap/15.0/repo/oss] Repository type can't be determined.
Please check if the URIs defined for this repository are pointing to a valid repository.
Some of the repositories have not been refreshed because of an error.
