Need to add support for shim-v2 runtimeClasses in containerd, as is described in:
https://github.com/kata-containers/documentation/blob/master/how-to/containerd-kata.md#kata-containers-as-a-runtimeclass

Today, we only support multiple runtimeClasses with CRIO in kata-deploy.
