katahiromz/mzimejaの状態ウィンドウが表示されているときに[半角/全角]キーを押しても漢字入力モードにならない。
日本語XPではモード切り替えできるので、これはReactOS側の不具合だと考えられる。

2023年3月27日現在、コマンドプロンプト以外では[半角/全角]キーは正常に動作している。
コマンドプロンプトで[半/全]キーが効かないのは別の問題 #15 と思われる。
