Add package.json

Ghost will at some point require that all themes are bundled with a package.json file. The most basic one just has a name and a version. How is this theme versioned?

Sadly, the most accurate answer is that this theme is not currently versioned. Bad practice, I know! We're overdue for a comprehensive update that addresses the features in 0.4.2 along with a few other enhancements, so I'll build it in then.
