Suggestions required for always running the App in Background and Hiding the visual alert in the Notification

Hello,

When me manually Kill or swipe the app from recent apps, it kills the application. Instead please suggest ideas which can help the App always run in the background (by restarting itself when killed), the user will have the option to exit inside the App.

Just like WhatsApp/Viber

Also hiding the Visual Alert will be nice.
