Instead of creating Migrations you can directly create tables in database

CreateDatabaseIfNotExists  (Default)
DropCreateDatabaseIfModelChanges
DropCreateDatabaseAlways

Set AutomaticMigrationAllowed  to true
AutomaticMigrationDataLoss true

Add Migration
Change Migration Script
Update Database
