Loader to apply "LE-CODE" and "Gecko Code", which are often used in the "CT Distribution"
of Mario Kart Wii, without using main.dol.
To allow the use of custom RELs, instead of default LE-CODE Loader,
Modified LE-CODE Loader is used.
There is no upper limit to the number of lines of
gecko code to which this loader can be applied.
