BRANT-BRAinNetome fMRI Toolkit

Brant is a MATLAB based toolbox for fMRI preprocess and postprocess developed by Brainnetome Center, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

A simplified and universal user-interface was designed to facilitate the input of data directories and parameters. With few known with the script, one can also create his/her own GUI with script in the toolbox.
