[BUG] Deleting actors during combat can make turnmarkers that stay behind on the token layer. #48

Not a big or frequent issue, but I ran a combat where a bunch of boars ran through the scene at the same time.

I had them in the turn tracker and deleted them as they ran out of the scene. But some of them left a turn-marker that i had to delete.

Hmm, ok lemme try to reproduce that. Probably need to add a hook for when tokens are deleted and are still part of the turn tracker.

Also seeing this on your latest release, and then even if the item is left over, I can't delete many times and I get an error like: the key [insert random chars] does not exist in the EmbeddedCollection Collection.
