This is an on going pull request that is Swift 2.0 and also has a watchOSFramework

Thank you! I'll review you pull request some time later this week.

Be aware that this is not a production ready framework. You might want to use DFImageManager instead. It's written in Objective-C but I've almost finished with nullability annotations.

DFImageManager 0.4.0 with nullability annotations is out. And yes, it uses NSURLSession (compared to SDWebImage.
