feat: fix metrics not showing and improve graphs

This provides some work on the dashboard and

• fixes Metric keda_scaler_errors_total is absent #4485
• fixes Dashboard is only showing metrics for "Changes in Replicas", when ScaledObject name is identical to Deployment name #4599
