external-dns version parsing goes wrong #296

On Keel 0.12.0 (and earlier) we're having problems auto-updating Zalando's external-dns.

Preparing to update release kube-system/external-dns v0.5.3->8170947 (image.tag=8170947)
Release update failed kube-system/external-dns v0.5.3->8170947 (image.tag=8170947), error: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = a released named external-dns is in use, cannot re-use a name that is still in use

Might be related to #153
