This branch contains a special SPV maintainer that is compatible with the Bitcoin testnet and the modified version of
LightRelaycontract deployed on Sepolia (SepoliaLightRelay). It is used to build thegcr.io/keep-test-f3e0/keep-maintainerDocker image that is used to deploy the Sepolia maintainer on thekeep-testKubernetes cluster.
