Describe the bug
With the version 1.10.0 on Mac and Windows, the https webdav sync is not working anymore.
Sync gives back a http error 400

To Reproduce

simple use a webdav keyfile, change it and sync.

Expected behavior

should work like with 1.9.3.

Hi! Let’s take a look on Network panel in your browser devtools, it should give more info.

Right, WebDAV destination must be absolute, which was incorrectly changed in #1154. Thanks for pointing that out, it will be reverted.
