It's generally accepted that if no license terms are specified then any and all rights are reserved, which would prevent derivative works.

I assume that this isn't what is intended, given the readme description, so I think it would be helpful to remove any ambiguity by including a license file. I'm also asking for personal reasons, as I may use your work (if permitted!) to create my own Shopify theme.
