It's a minor non-blocker cosmetic issue.

For example, when one source file has errors the project's icon should advertise that the project has errors with a red exclamation mark badge.

I don't really know how can I detect that there is a compilation error in the sources but I will try to reverse engineer the sources of the Maven plugin to see how it does this.

I have tried a lot of things and searched for a solution but I can't seem to find it why the badge is not shown. To be honest, I don't think it's really a bug in this plugin because the blue can icon of the VCS is displayed. I just don't know what is different with this one (both depends on the files).

So, I might not be able to sort this out soon but I will try some more or I'll just try to get help from someone understanding how this should work. :)
