Upon request for download, the following must occur:

  • Hide/remove interactivity parts of axes
  • Shift non-interactive parts of axes to fill voids made by prior hiding actions
  • Convert SVG axes to image
  • Convert canvas plot to image
  • Join axis and plot images on single canvas (hopefully that is possible), positioning them appropriately
  • Download final image
