Your fixture files for "dotted" aren't dotted, that's why the directories aren't equal.

I have added right fixture files but still I got errors.
dotted fixture files added. dotted option fixed. lint errors fixed.

I have added dotted key notations but I got error in tests. I'm pretty sure dirs are equal but areDirsEqual method return false always.
I'm not sure if there is an encoding problem.
