How to change the icon?

To install icons easily on Yosemite.

1. Open the icns file and click Edit > Copy
2. Right click on the .app (for example QQ.app) and click "Get Info". (Or click the app and Cmd+I)
3. Click on the icon at the top and it will be outlined, when it is outlined simply hit cmd + v - should see the icon change.
4. Open up terminal and type: killall Dock (Or you can remove the app from the dock and drag it back).
5. All icons are updated in the dock.

如何更改图标?

1. 找到下载的 icns 文件,选中并复制.
2. 右键选中要替换的应用程序选择显示简介或者选中应用程序然后按快捷键CMD+I
3. 选中左上角的 icon 图标,你会看到有外发光,然后 CMD+V 黏贴,你就会看到变化.
4. 打开终端输入 killall Dock, 或者将应用程序退成并从 Dock 上移除,然后再次拖入或打开就能看到变化.
5. 这样所有的 icon 就会在 dock 上更新了.
