Annotations don't get updated after committing

At least when committing the selected chunk, annotations don't get updated.
I tried to edit the file, call annotate again, but the only thing which worked was to clear annotations and apply them again.

I have the same issue, unfortunately I haven't had the time to fix it yet.
Why don't you crack open the code and have a go? I'll happily pull the code
changes into the main branch if you can get it working.
