[Request] Make smaller tabs option

The title says it all, same as Soda theme, there should be a small tabs version. The tabs size is huge for me.

@mbennehar You can take a look at the custom branch of my fork. It offers smaller tabs and reduced quick panel element padding (so you can see more commands).
