Welcome to the AlleleAnalyzer wiki! This is the place to find documentation and tutorials for using the AlleleAnalyzer tool.

AlleleAnalyzer was previously named ExcisionFinder. The tool has since grown to encompass more than just excisions, so we renamed it to reflect that, however ExcisionFinder is still a part of the larger AlleleAnalyzer tool.
