fix: adds the ismaster query call of mongo in the config calls to resolve conflct in matching

• The ismaster mock overlaps with the operation command calls. Due to which the test run fails because of the find or insert command mongo calls.

Adds the ismaster call in the isHeartbeat calls to include it in the config mocks to resolve the best match overlapping with command queries for outgoing mongo calls.
