Tictactoe Game

Game rules

• Player and computer will give the coordinates that they want to put their signs.
• Player's sign is always 'X' (it can be changed manually from the code).
• Player will always start the game.
• Simple tictactoe rules apply to win.

Input Format

• User will give two input between 1-3 that are seperated with one space.For instance "3 1"
• The first input stands for row while the second for the column.

How computer plays

• Computer doesn't play invalid moves; however, it plays randomly, which means if there is a winnig position for the computer computer may not play that move.

Programming Language

• I used C programming language.
